Kerrien Suarez Kerrien is Director of Equity in the Center® and a seasoned executive coach who helps leaders and organizations embed race equity into culture and strategy. Andrew Plumley Andrew is Senior Director of Equity and Culture at the American Alliance of Museums, where he leads sector-wide efforts to advance board diversity and inclusion. Niki Jagpal Niki is a national leader in equity research and advocacy, with 15+ years advancing measurable, systemic change. Ericka Hines Ericka is Principal of Every Level Leadership and lead researcher of the Awake to Woke to Work® framework, having trained over 10,000 leaders on building equitable workplaces.
